Crape Myrtle Festival Information

· August 16, 2025 - 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

· John Barnes Park (Ardmore City Park) - 30515 Ardmore Ridge Road, Ardmore, TN 38449

· Registration will be open until we have 150 vendor booths.

· NO RAIN DATE

· Vendor Booth spaces are 15 x 15. Food Vendor spaces are 30 x 15. 

· Vendors will be assigned a specific booth location and will be notified of their assigned location the week of the festival.

· Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent(s), table(s), chair(s).

· Booths do not have electricity.

· Vendors can bring a generator however they need to be aware of the sound/noise and courteous to others.

· Additional information about parking and set-up will be communicated to all registered vendors closer to the festival date.
